Debossing
 
Debossing is produced by pressing a hot engraved metal plate into the surface of a product with a lot of pressure. This produces a permanent image below the products surface.


Advantages

Higher perceived value than other forms of branding.
The branding becomes part of the product and is permanent.
The product can be shipped as soon as heat pressing is finished.
Limitations
Has a higher initial setup cost than other forms of branding as an engraved metal plate must be made. This is a one off cost and is not applicable to repeat orders if the artwork remains unchanged.

Silicone wrist band with an extra branding spot for maximum impact. It has many uses and is ideal for fundraising, awareness campaigns, promotion and as admission bracelets for events. There are 14 standard colours and PMS colours are available on request. It is branded with debossing which gives a three dimensional effect below the surface. All or part of the debossed surface can be colour filled with one or more colours which is optional. One size fits all and they can be supplied in an optional polybag, with or without a full colour label. A production lead time of 30 working days applies to this product by air freight and larger orders can be sea freighted on request to reduce the freight cost.

Setup charges cover the physical creation of the custom tools required to brand your items such as engineering the laser engraving plates, mixing inks, screen printing stencils or digitising your logo for embroidery

Absolutely. Once you submit your order or request, our team creates a digital Artwork Approval. Production will never begin until you review this document and sign it off to confirm the placement, sizing, and colours are correct.
