The bag features a leak-proof lining to help prevent spillages and is generously sized with a large zip-top opening for easy access. A rear zippered pocket provides convenient storage for snacks or utensils.
To keep food cooler for longer, use an ice pack or ice substitute, which works more effectively than ice cubes while helping to minimise condensation or dampness. If using ice cubes, ensure they are sealed in a zip-lock-style plastic bag or container to protect other items.
Pack the bag as full as possible with items of a similar temperature. The colder the items are when packed, the longer they will stay cold. Place ice packs at the top of the contents, as cold air flows down, and minimise opening and closing the bag to keep cool air in and warm air out.

Cleaning and care tips:
Use mild dish soap and a damp sponge to wipe both the interior and exterior fabrics. Do not use chlorine bleach. Allow to air dry.
Do not place warm or hot dishes directly from the oven into the bag, as this may damage the insulated lining.
Do not place the bag in an oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer or dishwasher.
