It is equipped with a 1mm ball pen refill delivering 1200m of black Dokumental ink, providing reliable, long-lasting performance. An optional pen sleeve is available at an additional cost.

Setup charges cover the physical creation of the custom tools required to brand your items such as engineering the laser engraving plates, mixing inks, screen printing stencils or digitising your logo for embroidery

Can I see what the product looks like with my logo before production starts?

Absolutely. Once you submit your order or request, our team creates a digital Artwork Approval. Production will never begin until you review this document and sign it off to confirm the placement, sizing, and colours are correct.
