This umbrella features a button on the handle to push up and release the umbrella upon use, a velcro strap to wrap out the exterior of the umbrella when it's not in use and a wrist strap on the handle for convenience when out walking.

Yes, most of our promotional items can be purchased plain, unbranded. Please select the “Undecorated” option in the pricing calculator if available.

What are setup charges, and why do I have to pay them?

Setup charges cover the physical creation of the custom tools required to brand your items such as engineering the laser engraving plates, mixing inks, screen printing stencils or digitising your logo for embroidery

Can I see what the product looks like with my logo before production starts?

Absolutely. Once you submit your order or request, our team creates a digital Artwork Approval. Production will never begin until you review this document and sign it off to confirm the placement, sizing, and colours are correct.
