Terms & Conditions for requesting samples:

  1. We will only provide samples after you have reviewed our quotation and seriously thinking of ordering.
  2. Most of our samples are free of charge. For some samples we will charge freight and cost of a sample, In this case invoice will be issued. If order is confirmed and samples returned in original condition amount charged for the sample will be credited towards your order.
  3. All samples must be returned in 2 to 3 weeks in original condition alternatively we will charge you for each sample as per quoted price as well as the cost of freight.
  4. If You ordering clothing items and need to work out sizes for your order, we can provide you with one of each size. We would ask for the samples to be paid for at 50% rate. Once these samples are returned in original condition this amount will be credited towards your order.
  5. If ordering clothing samples, random size will be provided.
  6. Novel Tees has the right to refuse you free samples.
