Terms & Conditions for requesting samples:

  1. We will only provide samples after you have reviewed our quotation and are seriously considering ordering.
  2. All samples will be provided undecorated or might have some general decoration on them. Some samples can be supplied decorated with your logos/designs, in this case a non-refundable charge will apply.
  3. Most of our samples are free of charge. For some samples we will charge freight and cost of a sample. This will be advised
  4. If order is confirmed, samples returned in original condition and can be used for the order, the amount charged for the samples that can be used will be credited towards your order.
  5. All samples that will be provided free of charge must be returned in 2 to 3 weeks in original condition. Alternatively, we will charge you for each sample as per the quoted price as well as the cost of freight.
  6. If ordering clothing samples, random size will be provided.
  7. If You are ordering clothing items and need to work out sizes for your order, we can provide you with one of each size. We will charge for these samples. Once these samples returned and used for the order this amount will be credited towards your order.
  8. Novel Tees has the right to refuse you free samples.
