Terms & Conditions for requesting samples:

  1. We will only provide samples after you have reviewed our quotation and are seriously considering ordering.
  2. Most of our samples are free of charge. For some samples we will charge freight and cost of a sample. In this case an invoice will be issued. If an order is confirmed and samples are returned in original condition, the amount charged for the sample will be credited towards your order.
  3. All samples must be returned in 2 to 3 weeks in original condition. Alternatively, we will charge you for each sample as per the quoted price as well as the cost of freight.
  4. If ordering clothing samples, random size will be provided.
  5. If You are ordering clothing items and need to work out sizes for your order, we can provide you with one of each size. We would ask for the samples to be paid for at 50% rate. Once these samples are returned in original condition this amount will be credited towards your order.
  6. Novel Tees has the right to refuse you free samples.
